END USER COPYRIGHT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ONLINE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT DELIVERY

Users are reminded that copyright subsists in all British Standards. Except as permitted under the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988, no British Standard either in part or whole, may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, without prior written permission of BSI.

In particular, and without limitation, the user is alerted to the fact that British Standards in this service incorporate both visible and invisible watermarks and that the following terms and conditions are applicable in relation to use :

1. A single copy of the Work(s) is licensed for downloading from the Website on a view and print only basis to any end user having registered on the Website.

2. Under no circumstances is the licensed Work permitted to be further reproduced in part or in whole, either in hard copy or electronically, including by electronic mail, even for internal use within the organisation of a registered end user, except as defined in 1 above.
